Saw It. Pinned It. Did It: Jute Vases

 I'm back for another round of Saw It. Pinned It. Did It with Stephanie and Katie. I'm beginning to think that this might be one of my favorite link ups...

as long as I keep my crafting ambition that is!

This week I've got two different DIY creations. 

The first is a last minute Halloween creation and the second is 

something you'll find EVERYWHERE in my house if you'd visit...no lie. 

Inspiration Numero Uno:

 So, that is actually a card but seeing it got me to thinking...

"That'd be uber cute on a photo frame as well!"

And it was a SUPER cheap craft! I bought the googly eyes at The Dollar Tree for $1 and the frames I already had on hand. When finished I had plenty of googly eyes left over for other crafts so for less than $1 I have two adorable Halloween frames! I'm searching for the most perfect printable to put in them. But for now the lil' "eek" and "boo" work just fine :)

Inspiration Numero Dos: 

Another super easy super cheap-o craft! I had several of these vases sitting around and already had the jute twine on hand as well. Meaning this craft was 

FA-REE! Just the way I like em! After doing the vases I searched the house for other things I could cover with the jute. Wine bottles, Starbuck bottles and other random vases & bottles. And boy, oh boy do I love em! There are now about a dozen off them scattered around our house :)
