Paper Strip Shamrocks

March 4, 2019

Making little crafts is something that I simply can not resist. That habit has grown even stronger since having children because it's like my life mission to make even the smallest events festive for them. Call me obsessed, but whatever. I'll roll with it.

With that in mind, St. Patrick's Day is defiantly not out of the picture. I have zero Irish in my veins but my bots have a small bit - so we have to celebrate right?! Yep, I thought so to. We spent this weekend whipping up a few small things including the most darling paper strip shamrocks. They are so quick, so easy and look quite darling twirling about above their art table.

This is an easy craft for the kiddos to help with. Especially if you have one that is able to cut the pieces and another that can handle the stapling. My five year old did a great job with my paper cutter and both him & his brother loved giving the stapler a good ole' whack to hold them together!
Supplies Needed:
Cardstock or Construction Paper
Scissors
Staples
Hot glue gun with glue sticks
And, because videos are always easier to follow...here's a video from Sugar Bee crafts. (I am NOT about to try to get you a video with my two "handy" helpers! HA!)
